What we'll cover
- IIdeas Have OriginsEvery consequential idea comes from God's truth, or from rebellion against it. Truth revealed, rejected, twisted — and how distortions become worldviews.
- IITrace the GenealogyTwo worked examples: how "all men are created equal" became equity, and how a fourteenth-century argument about what's real became today's debate over sex and gender.
- IIIWe Need a Better MapThe left/right line doesn't capture reality. We'll build a two-dimensional political compass together.
- IVPlace & DiscoverWe'll place people, ideologies, governments, and religions on the compass together, and start seeing the patterns.
- VApply It to Your LifeLearning to test ideas, think biblically about every area of life, and live with discernment.
